Payment Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By agreeing to our services, you authorise Insurance Collections Bureau Ltd (ICB) to collect payments from your debit or credit card through Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding CPAs and your rights as a customer.

Authorisation and Consent

By providing your card details and agreeing to these terms, you authorise ICB to charge your card for the agreed amount on the specified dates. This authorisation remains in effect until your debt balance reaches zero, or you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Payment Schedule

Payments will be collected on a [monthly/annual] basis, or as otherwise specified in your service agreement. The amount and frequency of the payments will be detailed in your confirmation email and account dashboard.

Failed Payment Attempts

If a payment is declined, we will attempt to collect the payment on up to 4 consecutive days. If the payment is still not successful after these attempts, we will contact you to resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account and that your payment details are up to date.

Changes to Payment Amount or Frequency

ICB will never modify the amount or frequency of payments under this CPA without your authorisation.
