Struggling to pay?

Objective

We understand and recognise that events in recent years such as Brexit, Covid-19 and the resulting Cost of Living Crisis, have had a wide ranging and -in some cases- a long lasting impact on the ability of some people to maintain their commitments to creditors.

We also recognise that even without these external factors, some people are struggling with circumstances that are outside of their control. These uncertainties can impact on people’s physical and mental wellbeing

We strive to provide everyone with fair access to fair outcomes.
